Where Ruby Fresh Began

Ruby Fresh did not start in a boardroom or with a business plan. It started with a frustration.

Our founder had spent years watching friends and family reach for sugary drinks, overpriced vitamin supplements, and processed snacks — not because they didn't care about their health, but because the genuinely good options were either too hard to find, too expensive, or simply not convenient enough to become a daily habit. Bali, for all its wellness culture and beautiful markets, still had a gap: there was no brand that made fresh, honest, properly cold-pressed juice accessible to everyday people on an everyday basis.

That frustration became a question: what if we built something different? Not a juice bar where you pay a premium to sit down. Not a supermarket product that's been sitting on a shelf for three weeks after pasteurisation has stripped half the nutrients out. Something pressed the same morning it reaches you — real food, honestly made, delivered with care.

Ruby Fresh was born from that question.

What We Actually Believe

We believe that the single most impactful thing most people can do for their long-term health is also one of the simplest: consistently consume more fresh fruit and vegetables. Not a complicated supplement stack. Not an extreme diet. Just more real food, more often.

Cold-pressed juice is one of the most efficient ways to do that. A single 250 ml bottle can contain the nutritional equivalent of two to three full servings of fruit and vegetables, in a form your body can absorb within minutes. When that bottle is pressed the same day it reaches you — with no heat, no preservatives, and no added sugar — it is about as close to picking fruit off a tree and drinking it as modern food delivery allows.

How We Make Our Juice

Every Ruby Fresh juice starts with fresh produce sourced from trusted local suppliers. We inspect every delivery. Anything that doesn't meet our freshness standard doesn't make it into a bottle.

Our cold-press process uses hydraulic pressure — not spinning blades, not heat — to slowly extract every drop of juice from the fruit. This preserves the enzymes, vitamins, and phytonutrients that make cold-pressed juice genuinely different from the products in supermarket refrigerators. The difference is not marketing. It is measurable: cold-pressed juice retains significantly more vitamin C, antioxidants, and live enzymes than heat-processed alternatives.

Every bottle is labelled with its press date, because we think you deserve to know exactly how fresh what you're drinking is. We aim for same-day delivery wherever possible. We never use preservatives, never add sugar, and never heat-treat our products.

Our Team

Ruby Fresh is run by a small, dedicated team who genuinely care about what goes into every bottle. Our production team starts before sunrise to press the day's orders. Our delivery team works to get your juice to you while it is at its freshest.
