1. About Us

Ruby Juice is a cold-pressed juice brand operating in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our products are made fresh daily from local fruit with no preservatives.

This website is designed, developed and technically managed by S.J Consulting Group Asia (sjconsultinggroup.com). Technical enquiries about the site can be directed through Ruby Juice.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed as a guest or through a registered account. The order cut-off is 9pm WIB for next-day delivery.

Payments are processed securely by iPaymu (QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, virtual-account transfer and cards). We never store your card details.

The price at the time of ordering applies. We may change prices and product availability at any time.

3. Seasonal Products & Availability

Some products are seasonal and only available while the fruit is in season. If an ordered product becomes unavailable we will contact you with a replacement or a refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery is currently available in Jakarta only, within the zones listed on the site. Juice is pressed fresh on the morning of delivery and transported chilled.

Risk in the products passes to you on receipt. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct; failed deliveries caused by incorrect details are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are perishable and made to order, cancellations are only possible before 9pm WIB on the day before delivery.

In line with Indonesian consumer protection law, if a product arrives damaged, incorrect or unfit for consumption, contact us within 24 hours with a photo — we will replace it or refund you in full.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription boxes renew automatically on your chosen cycle. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account before the next billing date.

7. Accounts & Points

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and their terms may change with reasonable notice.

8. Wholesale & Group Buy

Specific terms (pricing, minimum volumes, schedules) for wholesale customers and group purchases are covered by separate agreements and may differ from the retail terms on this site.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content — logos, names, photography, copy and design — belongs to Ruby Juice or its licensors and is protected by law. Use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms reduces consumer rights that cannot be waived under Indonesian law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first seek to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) or the competent courts of Jakarta.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with its update date.
