## How is my delivery fee calculated? Ruby Juice uses a **zone-based flat fee** system. Your delivery cost depends on which area of Jakarta (or Greater Jakarta) you live in — not on the exact distance from our kitchen. ### How it works When you check out, you select your **district** from the dropdown. The delivery fee for that district is shown immediately in your order summary. The exact fee for your district is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order. ### Who delivers my order? We use **Grab** and **Maxim** couriers to deliver your cold-pressed juices. You will see the courier logos at checkout once you select your district. ### Store pickup If you prefer, you can choose **Store Pickup** at checkout — there is no delivery fee for pickups. You collect your order from our store during business hours. ### Address auto-fill When you type your address in the checkout address search, Ruby Juice will try to automatically detect your district and select the correct delivery zone. You can always change it manually using the District dropdown.
