How do I earn points?
Every delivered order earns you loyalty points automatically.
Ruby Juice rewards you every time you order. The full breakdown is always on the Rewards tab of your account, under "How you earn points".
Base earning rate
You earn 1 point for every Rp 1,000 you spend on a delivered order (the base rate). Points are credited automatically once your order status changes to Delivered — you don't need to do anything.
Tier multiplier
Your membership tier boosts every point you earn:
- 🥈 Silver — standard rate (×1).
- 🥇 Gold — earns 25% more points (×1.25).
- 💎 Platinum — earns 50% more points (×1.5).
Bonus point events
From time to time we run special bonus events (for example a "Super Tuesday") where you earn double or more points on every order for that day or period. When an event is live, a banner appears on your Rewards tab and the multiplier stacks with your tier bonus.
Other ways to earn
- Welcome bonus — 250 points when you sign up using a friend's referral link.
- Referral reward — 500 points when a friend you referred completes their first delivered order.
- Point transfers — other members can send you points as a gift.
Where to see your balance
Your current points balance is shown on your Member Card in the Points tab of your account, and in a small badge at the top of your account page.
