Your Member Card is your personal digital identity at Ruby Juice. You'll find it at the top of the Points tab in your account.
What's on the card
- Member number — a unique ID in the format
RJ-YYYY-XXXXXX. Tap it to copy it to your clipboard. - Points balance — your current points shown as a live badge.
- Your name and tier — displayed at the bottom of the card.
- QR code — encodes your member number for quick scanning in store.
- Member since — the month and year you joined.
Your member number
Your member number is permanent and never changes. It's based on when you joined, so it's yours forever — no need to memorise it, just tap to copy whenever you need it.
