How do I redeem my points for a reward?

There are two ways to spend your points: redeem them for a reward from the catalogue, or apply them directly as a discount at checkout.

Option 1 — Redeem a catalogue reward

1. Go to your account and open the Rewards tab.
2. Scroll to the Redeem your points section.
3. Choose a reward you have enough points for and tap the points button.
4. A single-use code is generated instantly and shown in My reward codes below.
5. Copy the code and paste it at checkout in the promo code field.

Reward types:

• Discount — a fixed-value code (e.g. Rp 45,000 off) applied at checkout.
• Giveaway — a code for a free product; our team will include it with your next order.

Each code is single-use and tied to your account. Codes don't expire, but they can only be used once.

Option 2 — Apply points at checkout

At checkout you can slide points straight onto your order as a discount. Every 100 points is worth a set Rupiah value off the total (the exact value is shown on your Rewards tab). To keep things fair there's a cap — you can only cover up to a certain percentage of each order with points, so the slider won't let you go beyond that limit.
